Young people groups are not accepted for night parties. This property is exclusively rented to family groups with children. It is mandatory to be silent from 10pm at night for respect to the neighborhood.
Pets are welcome and the cost is 10 € per animal and per night.

For booking the 30% of the total price must be paid by transfer to our current account, the remaining 70% needs to be paid by cash at the time of the check in.

With cancellations 21 days before the check in date we return the total amount of the reserve. With subsequent cancellations the total amount of the reserve will not be refunded.
